All projects are completed on an first deposit, first served basis. The said deposit must be at least 50% of the quote for your project, after payment, your project is queud to be completed.
All projects under $250 are to be paid in full before the start of the project.
Website payments must be paid in full prior to rendering services.
Details & Revisions
Clients must submit their full description of preferences to their project in writing by email. Any additional work that was not mentioned in the initial breifing is considered a client addition/revision and will be subject to a $25 fee. Revisions or edits needed for any potential errors are free.
File Handling
We will deliver the final file(s) once the final payment is made and/or when the work is complete if the the project was paid in full.
Rush Orders
All services completion time vary by the amount of detail, and the demand at the time of the inquiry. The average project has a turnaround time of 4-7 business days. If you wish to rush your project to skip others we now offer 2 timeframe options below:
Same Day - $150 upcharge
Next Day - $100 upcharge
*Rush may not be needed if no projects are waiting before yours
* All rush orders must be paid in full at the time of the order.
This is a service based business with the determination to build superb business relationships with clients.
Being that our time spent working is irreversable, projects that have already been started or completed will not be subject to a refund.
